  • Any delays due to restricted access or unforeseen circumstances outside Austek Play’s control may result in additional charges.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Warranties on products and installation are provided in line with supplier agreements and Australian standards.

  • Warranty periods and terms vary depending on the item and supplier.

  • Damage due to misuse, vandalism, neglect, or natural events is not covered.

  • Proper maintenance in accordance with provided guidelines is required to maintain warranty coverage.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom-made nature of many of our products, returns or refunds are only available in cases of defects or errors against agreed specifications.

  • Any product issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery or installation.

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Safety & Compliance

  • All Austek Play equipment complies with relevant Australian Standards including: AS 4685:2021 (P1-6) | AS 4685.11:2014 | AS 4685.0:2017 | AS 4422 (int): 2022 | AS 16630:2021 – Permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment – Safety requirements and test methods (EN 16630:2015, MOD)

  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure ongoing maintenance and compliance after installation.

  • Austek Play is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.

9. Intellectual Property
